We are a part of the movement for housing justice, centered on the voices and needs of local people who are houseless.
We advocate for justice in housing and for the rights, safety, and dignity of those without.
Our current campaign is #LegalizeSurvival. We want local policymakers to remove the legal barriers to basic human survival, such as Olympia’s anti-camping ordinance, and building codes that deny poor people the human right and basic instinct to shelter from the elements.
We go beyond advocacy to directly support the survival of those who are houseless in our community. By partnering with individuals and organizations we help encampments with access to garbage pick-up, survival supplies, basic sanitation, building relationships with neighbors, and conflict resolution.
We believe that building a better world and a stronger community where everyone feels safe, valued, and respected is possible.
We are Just Housing.
